Does WIre-BOSS have any limitations?
As with any tool, Every tool has its limits. If you allow a birdcage to get too big, you may not be able to fix it. It is always easier to fix a small Birdcage several time, rather than trying to fix one large Birdcage. Below is an example of an “Unsavable” incident. This Birdcage was on ACSS conductor. Not only was it the size of a Nerf football, but it was flat and hard as a rock.
Can I order a Custom Size?
Larger Sizes can be made per special order request. Please contact us for your needs.

What is your warranty and return policy?
The Wire-Boss carries a 90-Day Warranty on the Rollers, and a 1-Year Warranty on the Frame and Plexiglass.
These Warranties only cover manufacturers defects, and do not extend to Normal wear and tear or abuse in the field.
