Wire-Boss Roller Assembly:

•  Ensure that ​you have 5 rollers of the same size by checking the decimal and kcm sizes on the rollers.
• All Roller are labeled with the decimal size at the top and the corresponding kcm size at the bottom.
• If labels are badly worn, you can check roller size by checking the roller groove width and refer to the chart below. All rollers are 2.5” in dia.

Disassembly:

1. Remove self-locking nut with 1/2” wrench/socket.
2. Remove top washer.
3. Remove roller.
4. Remove bottom washer.
5. Clean roller bolt.

Assembly:

1. Before assembly ensure that roller bolt shaft is clean and free of dirt/burrs
2. Install bottom washer.
3. Install roller with labeled side up.
4. Install top washer.
5. Install self-locking nut and tighten till snug.
6. Back nut off 1/4 turn and ensure that roller spins freely and smoothly.
7. If needed spray bearings with WD40 or equivalent.
8. Repeat for all 5 rollers.
